JUDGE SCHWEBEL

JUDGE SCHWEBEL served in the Office of the Legal Adviser of the U.S. Department of State, as a member of the United Nations International Law Commission, and a Judge of the International Court of Justice. He was President of that Court 1997-2000. Judge Schwebel has been actively involved in international arbitration since 1954.
