The Miami Law Class Action and Complex Litigation Forum offers a unique perspective for attorneys looking to understand the latest issues and topics associated with multi-district class actions and complex litigation. Originally the brainchild of three leading Miami firms in trial, appellate, and class action law Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton, Podhurst Orseck, and Harke Law LLP, this forum brings together leaders in the legal, political and academic spheres to educate the public on how to better utilize and understand class actions.

The Hotel: As the creator of Coral Gables, land developer George E. Merrick founded the University of Miami and in 1924 joined forces with Biltmore Hotel magnate John McEntee Bowman to build this great hotel. It is known for its hand painted frescos on barrel vaulted ceilings, brilliant travertine floors, fine marble columns, intricate leaded glass fixtures, carved mahogany furnishings and lavish gardens.
