The program will begin with a lively roundtable discussion hosted by the ICC and YAF on arbitrators and party representatives, as well as arbitration and technology that will seek to answer the question of whether these pairings may be considered close or forbidden friends.

The University of Miami School of Law International Arbitration Institute’s roundtable discussion on "Arbitrator Bias v. Judicial Bias: frenemies?" will feature Judge Jordan, Judge Walsh, former Chief Judge Farina and ICC’s deputy Secretary General Jose Ricardo Feris. The substantive program will conclude with a Halloween-themed networking reception at the Jewel Box.

This event is aimed at young arbitration practitioners, counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics and students enrolled in the White & Case International Arbitration LL.M. Program at the University of Miami School of Law.
